  • To upload the DSC request you have to click on below mentioned link and Click on ‘ENROLL’ Option -



  • For enrollment Page click on Below Mentioned Link –



  • You have to fill below mentioned details for processing of DSC.

    3 Your E-Mail Address Compulsory Field(Customer Email ID)
    4 PAN Number Compulsory Field ‘Customer PAN Number’
    5 State(Example: Rajasthan) Compulsory Field ‘Customer State’
    6 Country(Example: IN) Compulsory Field ‘Customer Country’
    7 Enter Challenge Phrase You have to fill‘12345’
    *Identity Proof entered at the time of enrollment should be compulsorily attached with the Application   Form.

  • Just click on ‘Submit’ Button after filling the details in the Enrollment Form.

    To get your DSC approved, you have to send an e-mail on ‘dsc.sag@gmail.com’ with the following information –
  • Name of Customer
  • Email ID of Customer (Mentioned in Application Form)
  • Customer ID Proof No.
  • This mail should be from your registered e-mail ID only. (Registered e-mail ID = You have to provide one valid e-mail ID for our DSC records).
