We will like to invite your attention towards some of the changes that we have planned to incorporate regarding the coming year updation for the A.Y. 2009-10 and on the new software purchases.
All the Updations for the F.Y 2009-10 will now be provided with the Hardware Locks from 1st January 2009 and the same applies on new purchases also for those who want to take Registration with next year Updation. Subsequently, the software can now be used on any system where this hardware lock is plugged in. Customer can choose the Hardware Lock according to their preference. It’s of two types –:

Aladdin Token Lock - 650/- & Ukey4000 Token Lock - 250/-

First of all, it will help you to use the software on any system on which you prefer now means no hurdles if you wish to change the system due to any of the reasons viz. Change of Office, Hard Disc Crashed, and if System gets old or corrupted etc, Hardware Lock can be carried out & plugged where you want to use the software without any hassle.
Subsequently, you can now use the software from the comfort of your Office, Home or Laptop as per the conveniences without any interruption of the Company or Dealer. Because these Locks have a unique Product ID and License key for which you can keep note with you. Thus, you are saved from all the ill effects of calling and taking the registrations for different systems numeral times. So, this technology is worth using as it will not only save the valuable time of yours but also our time.
Note:No, other USB Token of same company can be used at its place as these are especially coded ones. It’s just One Time Cost if it’s handled properly.

In case if your token spoils due to any of the reasons then you are required to send the token to company for replacement. Token replacement cost (Lock purchase price) will be applied in this case. Only after receiving the spoiled token the replacement can be sent to you. Therefore, you have to be very cautious while handling this Token because if it’s lost then, you have to subscribe for new software
If you are using two software’s viz. Genius & Payroll on two different systems keeping a separate lock for each & afterwards(due to any of reason) if you wish to merge in the single system then you have to surrender one USB Lock after holding the Final Lock in which you wish to take both the registrations.
If you are using two software’s viz. Genius & Payroll on a single system with one USB lock and later (due to any of reason) if you demand to use in the separate servers then you are required to surrender the lock and can take the replacement for two key locks after paying the cost of each Lock.

Important Notice :-
Amount For the Hardware Lock Purchased will not be refunded in any case. If the customer wishes to switch over to the Online Registration process, then he has to submit the Hardware Lock back to the Company first, then only the activation Code for the Online Registration can be released.

* Lan Charges - Rs.500/- +Tax Per Computer annually or per call charges as per the mutual understanding of Dealer and Customer.
* Laptop Copy - Rs.1000/-+ Tax Per Computer annually. (Without e-Filling and Print Option)
*Taxes would be applicable Service Tax 12.36% and Sales Tax 5% (Chargeable on Installation and Updation of the Software.) Due to the notice received from Service Tax Department, that we are liable to pay Service Tax under Section 65(105) (zzzze) w.e.f. 16th May 2008 (Finance Act 2008). Due to the said reason we have started new company i.e. SAG Infotech Pvt Ltd and would be charging Service Tax from 1st April 2012.

In case of without C-Form :
For Example Genius Software - 4500 + 556 (Service Tax @ 12.36%) = 5056 + 253 (VAT or CST @ 5%) = 5309/-
In case of C-Form :
MRP - 4500 + 556 (Service Tax @ 12.36%) = 5056 + 102 (VAT or CST C Form @ 2%) = 5158/-
